Responsibilities |
•Participates in requirements discussions •Responsible for ensuring that the Product Backlog is defined with Stories that are visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the Engagement Team will work on next •Demonstrates the configured functionality to stakeholders at the end of each Sprint •Participates in configuration/unit and user-acceptance testing, which may require up to 100% of individual(s) time during these key events •Approves the release of the product into production after testing is complete, in partnership with the Platform Owner •Provides leadership and oversight to the Team, ensures team alignment to business strategy and the ServiceNow roadmap •Actively involved in overarching governance of Engagement and its impact on platform |
