If so, you are the one we are looking for. </p><h3>About the Role:</h3><p>As a <strong>System Design Manager</strong>, you will be an integral part of one of our client's teams, which is dedicated to securing a robust plan and execution of system and feature design. The team's primary focus is owning and managing the CarWeaver (SystemWeaver) tool, which supports documentation, reviews, and traceability for system design. You will help create KPIs, reports, and trends to evaluate status and submit plans.</p><p>Your main focus will be on communication and coordination with content owners and stakeholders, supporting the Product Owner (PO) for the System Design Team. You will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for the complete system design planning and execution, ensuring alignment across different stakeholders.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ol><li><strong>System Design Planning & Execution</strong>: Be the SPoC for complete system design (PC-ACA), planning and execution alongside the System Design Team PO.</li><li><strong>Coordination Across ARTs</strong>: Collaborate with other Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to ensure harmonized system design execution.</li><li><strong>Error Resolution</strong>: Manage system design errors reported by customers, coordinating root cause analysis with relevant stakeholders.</li><li><strong>Decision-Making Support</strong>: Ensure that proposals and decisions impacting the system design are properly evaluated and communicated.</li></ol><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li><strong>Project Management</strong>: Experience in coordinating, planning, following up, and communicating across technical domains and with multiple stakeholders.</li><li><strong>System Development</strong>: Strong understanding of system design principles, including architectural design, analysis, and requirements management.</li><li><strong>Automotive Embedded Software</strong>: Familiarity with the V-model workflow and the relationships between architecture, system design, implementation, and verification.</li><li><strong>Agile Ways of Working</strong>: In-depth knowledge of Agile and SAFe methodologies.</li></ul><h3>Tools & Environments:</h3><ul><li><strong>Confluence</strong>: For documentation and communication.</li><li><strong>SystemWeaver</strong>: For evaluating system design status and content.</li><li><strong>Jira</strong>: For backlog evaluation and involvement.</li><li><strong>Slack</strong>: For general team communication.</li><li><strong>MS Office Tools</strong>: For communication and reporting.</li></ul><h3>Candidate Profile:</h3><ul><li><strong>Proactive</strong> and self-managed, comfortable with ownership and expectations.</li><li>A <strong>problem-solver</strong> who can find solutions and contribute meaningfully.</li><li><strong>Pragmatic</strong> with a focus on creating value rather than depending on strict processes.</li></ul><h3>Expectations:</h3><ul><li><strong>Experience Level</strong>: Senior (5-10 years).</li><li><strong>Team Size</strong>: 1 person.</li></ul> •
