My name is Meghan Lovely, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Patient Assistance Counselor for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in North Chicago, IL 60064. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:

$18-$20/hour to start!
Coordinate and review required applications, financial documents, determine eligibility, and when appropriate, complete record documentation.
Investigate patients without insurance coverage, with limited benefit coverage, who are underinsured or have high out of pocket prescription and or medical expenses.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
College or a 2-year associate degree is preferred.
High quality customer service, knowledge of online verification systems, or similar experience required.
Experience within a healthcare provider, PBM, Specialty Pharmacy or Retail/Mail Order Pharmacy setting, Strong core insurance (Medical and Pharmacy Benefit) knowledge, is highly preferred!
