Τhe Role
You will be to manage and develop a portfolio of ISV partners. You will oversee all commercial and contractual aspects between Viva.com and its ISVs, ensuring mutual success and satisfaction.
Requirements
To be consider you should have:
- Minimum 5 years in B2B, dealing with complex solutions and ideally within the payments sector;
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree from a recognized institute, preferably specializing in Business, Banking, Computer Science, or related discipline;
- Knowledge of acquiring, issuing, and private banking domains;
- Familiarity with SEO & SEM tools and methodologies will be considered a strong plus;
- Experience in account management for software application projects, preferably with ISVs;
- Experience analyzing business processes to develop business requirements;
- Experience managing business requirements for large enterprise software development projects is desired;
- Advanced relationship-building and networking capabilities;
- Strong communication, presentation, and conflict management skills in both Greek and English.
Responsibilities:
- Building and expanding effective long-term relationships with ISVs to ensure high levels of satisfaction, profitable partnerships, and increasing revenues by integrating and promoting Viva.com’s products and services;
- Developing in-depth knowledge of our ISVs’ strategies, ambitions, businesses, technology, and operations to effectively network within their organizations at various levels (IT, business, delivery, and executive management) and develop successful relationships with key decision-makers;
- Working effectively with key stakeholders within Viva.com to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to address ISV needs, requests, queries, and issues;
- Serving as the primary interface with ISVs, acting as a first point of contact for all product and service opportunities and challenges;
- Managing commercial discussions and driving contract negotiations;
- Coordinating Delivery Service Solutions and Technical Teams to effectively engage with ISVs to maximize satisfaction, revenue, and profitability;
- Identifying opportunities to increase share of wallet by promoting and proposing new products or services to our ISV partners;
- Actively engaging in partner planning activities and ensuring opportunity management and partner account plans are updated regularly in Viva.com’s CRM system.
