Product Manager

We’re looking for a passionate Product Manager to join our growing Dynamic Creative Optimization product team. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end product development process and make an impact in building out the next generation of Innovid DCO solutions. As a critical member of the team, you’ll report to the VP of Product as well as interface directly with many departments at Innovid. What You Will Do:

• Execute Innovid’s strategy of delivering high-value DCO solutions to market, by working closely with R&D to design, test, and build new capabilities
• Drive the product roadmap for DCO, including tracking key performance metrics for the product portfolio and ensuring timely delivery against quarterly milestones
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of product; employ test-and-learn methodologies to validate product opportunities, using data to guide and inform delivery
• Act as the day-to-day product owner, attending standups, grooming, retrospectives, and other planning ceremonies as necessary
• Help identify new opportunities for product monetization as well as enable growth of existing product lines within Innovid (Dynamic Creative Optimization, Measurement, etc.)

What You Will Need:

• +2 years of Product Management experience in software companies or advertising technology
• Proven track record managing a high-growth product line or business unit
• A demonstrated record of collaboration with multiple teams across the organization
• Great written and spoken communication skills; ability to speak to both business and technical audiences
• English proficiency
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and issues in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to influence and motivate teams both within and outside the reporting structure
• Demonstrated experience driving the development and release of new software offerings through agile development methodologies
• High degree of analytical and problem-solving skills, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Ability to perform ongoing analysis and market surveying
• Intellectual curiosity, passion for learning new technology, able to grasp market trends
• Ad tech experience is a huge bonus!
