Location: London
Base Salary: £28-35k DOE
OTE: £50-65k
The Role:
 - As a Recruitment Consultant, your role involves identifying leads and reaching out to establish new business connections.
  - Meeting with hiring managers, you'll grasp the brief, strategize, and oversee recruitment campaigns from start to finish.
  - This encompasses the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to post-placement follow-up. 
  - Your responsibilities also include actively sourcing and selecting candidates, guiding them through the recruitment journey. 
  - Seek opportunities for business growth and expansion, while continually enhancing your expertise in the market. 
  - Utilize CRM and networking tools to expand your network of potential prospects and candidates.

Experience:
 - To be eligible for this role you must have a right to work in the UK
  - Bachelor's degree in a relevant area preferred
