Stake is looking for a Stake Super Onboarding Specialist to join our team at our Bondi Junction HQ, with a flexible hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 WFH).

About this role

As the Stake Super Onboarding Specialist, you will hold a pivotal position within Stake Super, dedicated to curating an exceptional experience for new (and existing) customers. Your primary focus will be in guiding customers along their SMSF journey, from initial discovery to consideration and ultimately establishment (or transfer).

  • You will require an adept ability to uncover pain points, break down obstacles and communicate the Stake super value proposition, framing key benefits while tailoring your message for resonance in every interaction
  • .As part of this role, you will spend a large majority of your time on the phone (discovery sessions & follow-ups) or writing emails to potential customers of Stake Super.
  • Your role will extend beyond individual customer interactions; you'll also be a vital link between our customers and internal stakeholders.

    A bit about you

    • Experience in Financial Services: You will ideally have experience in a customer-facing role within Financial Services (ideally interacting with complex products). While prior knowledge of SMSFs is advantageous, the ability to learn quickly is essential.
    • Highly Adaptable: In a dynamic environment like ours, adaptability is key. You embrace change with enthusiasm, quickly adjusting to evolving priorities and market dynamics. Whether it's mastering new processes or pivoting strategies based on customer feedback, your adaptability ensures you remain agile and effective in achieving desired outcomes.
