Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supports the research & development, test and evaluation, fielding, documentation development, configuration management, software engineering and integration, training, fielding and sustainment, cybersecurity, and program management of United States Marine Corps Signals Intelligence programs.
• Leverages modern configuration, application, and life cycle management tools and processes to maintain version control for hardware, software and documentation.
• Maintains ownership of the project’s Configuration Management Plan, facilitate Configuration Control Boards, and support the establishment of the Configuration Management Library.
• Provides support for planning and producing a process for reporting and recording changes to installed baseline equipment.
• Coordinates the interaction between engineering, integration team, logistics, and program management to ensure appropriate changes are documented.

MINIMUM SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION

• Bachelor of Science degree

EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of experience in configuration management or logistics
• Experience with performing functions, including Life Cycle Management and Planning, Configuration Identification, Configuration Control, Configuration Verification and Audit, or Data Management
• Knowledge of the software release process
• Knowledge of Configuration Management technology operating systems, including Windows, Sybase, or Oracle based products.
• Strong working knowledge of Configuration Management Professional (CMPRO)

CLEARANCE

• Secret Level Clearance required; can support up to TS/SCI.

ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of experience as a configuration manager supporting IT programs.

LOCATION

• The work location is Charleston, SC, with 0-5% travel expected. This is an on-site position.
