Position Summary:
The Jr. Proposal Writer will be responsible for supporting the Proposal Manager in writing proposals and contributing to the company’s proposal process in response to U.S. Government Requests for Proposals (RFPs). The Jr. Proposal Writer will assist in analyzing requirements, developing proposal outlines, and writing proposal sections. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are key to success in this role.

Experience, Education, Certifications:
· Bachelor's degree in a related field.
· 1-2 years of experience in proposal writing or a similar role.
Competencies:
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Computer Skills:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and SharePoint is a plus.
