This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in both CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Data, ensuring the quality and accuracy of our customer data. If you are passionate about working with data, have analytical skills, and are looking to gain experience in both technical and business environments, we encourage you to apply!</p><p></p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Data Quality Monitoring: Proactively monitor data flows between the CRM system and internal databases to ensure consistency and accuracy.</li><li>Data Validation: Perform routine checks on customer data to identify and resolve inconsistencies or errors.</li><li>Manual Data Fixes: Collaborate with both CRM and Data teams to manually correct data issues when necessary.</li><li>SQL Querying: Write and run SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data across various systems.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with the CRM and Data teams to communicate issues, suggest improvements, and implement solutions related to data quality.</li><li>Documentation: Assist in documenting data quality processes, common issues, and best practices.</li><li>Reporting: Generate data quality reports and track key metrics to ensure ongoing accuracy.</li></ul><p></p><h3>Desired Skills & Qualifications:</h3><p>Educational Background: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.</p><h5>Technical Skills:</h5><ul><li>Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL for data querying and validation.</li><li>Familiarity with creating logical expressions, rules, or formulas to create data validation rules in Salesforce</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.</li></ul><h5>Business Acumen (Soft Skills):</h5><ul><li>Self Starter Mentality: Able to take initiative and work independently on observed data quality gaps and improvements.</li><li>Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work with large datasets.</li><li>Team Player: Ability to work cross-functionally between teams and departments, while being proactive and self-sufficient.</li><li>Time Management: Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li></ul><p></p><h3>What We Offer:</h3><ul><li>Hands-on experience with CRM systems and data management tools.</li><li>Exposure to both technical and business-side operations, with opportunities to collaborate with diverse teams.</li><li>Mentorship and learning opportunities in data analytics, data governance, and CRM technology.</li></ul><p></p><p>If this sounds like you, then you know what to do 😉</p><p>We look forward to receiving your application. <strong>Good luck from your future colleagues 🍀</strong> </p> •
