What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- Minimum 1-2 years administrative/secretarial/reception experience
- Must have professional telephone presence in answering phone inquiries
- Familiar with Windows environment and have working knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Nice to Have:
- Knowledgeable in using booking systems
What will you do?
- Answer and direct calls in professional, friendly manner and take complete and accurate messages to the appropriate party as soon as possible.
- Handles/arranges meeting rooms, and healing room reservations.
- Greet all incoming clients, and visitors with a warm and friendly welcome and manage registration process and accompany them to meeting room/private office.
- Receive and process appointments from HR for face-to-face interviews of external applicants.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and other correspondence.
- Maintain, clean, and always organize the reception area.
- Ensure overall smooth operation of the reception area.
