Cook
Following the direction of the Chef, the cook will maintain a designated station in the kitchen executing recipes and menu items with precision, speed and consistency. Embody the Tacombi Food Philosophy and Culture.
Prepare ingredients and menu item components daily to maximize efficiency and assist co- workers with other required prep duties when needed.
Assemble the taco orders making sure that each order is prepared exactly as it was designed and in a timely manner.
Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness to ensure guest satisfaction; ensure the work station is always clean and organized.
Constantly monitor and maintain food temperature pursuant to Station Temp Log, before, during and after service.
Follow the direction of the Chefs, always striving to exceed expectations
Flexible schedule and ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Prep or Line Cook.
A positive attitude and a team-player mentality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
Clean and organized with understanding of DOH standards.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Ability to learn, take direction and work in a team environment.
