> 5yr+ experience developing Remedy Action Request System v6/v7 applications. 
> Strong experience with custom workflow, troubleshooting and revision.
> Strong Knowledge of SQL, Perl, PHP, XML, HTML.
> Strong Knowledge of Remedy ITSM.
> Knowledge of ITIL.
> Knowledge of System Development Methodology.
> Understanding of Remedy System architecture and components.
