What You'll Do:

The Production Associate role will consist of applying personalized designs to product using specialized equipment using a variety of methods and media. Or the roles will consist of preparing, matching, or shipping final product directly to the customer. All roles are required to follow specific prep guidelines, order details, or shipping/fulfillment procedures.

Work Hours

Due to the seasonality of our business, extended hours including mandatory 10 to 12-hour shifts and weekend hours are needed during all peak periods. Flexibility to change shifts for short periods of time may be needed.

Requirements

What You'll Need:

• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Good eyesight for detailed work
• Ability to visualize center on items
• Good hand dexterity
• Standing for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Be able to work while wearing protective safety glasses
• Move to other areas as directed by Supervisor or Managers
• Bring all product defects to the attention of department supervisor
• Clean area by sweeping, breaking down boxes and removing trash at the end of each shift
• Basic computer skills
• Verify product against Bill of Material (BOM) for accuracy, print, size, color and selection
• Return all printing errors to supervisor immediately
• Check completed item for quality and accuracy
• Ability to use high jump WMS (depending on the position/department)
• Distinguish between different fonts and font heights used by the Company

Physical Demands:

• Employee will work in a manufacturing environment and be exposed to heavy machinery, dust, noise, frequent sustained walking and/or standing for prolonged periods of time, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and repetitive activities, including but not limited to climbing, pulling, pushing, grabbing, bending, stooping, repetitive hand motions to feel or operate objects, tools, computer or other equipment, and reaching with hands and arms.
