ARRCC is seeking a creative and organized Social Media & Digital Administrator (SMDA) to join our team! This role is pivotal in implementing our digital strategy and ensuring consistent brand visibility across social media and digital platforms. Working closely with the Brand Manager and Head of Marketing, the SMDA will manage content, engage with online communities, and ensure our brand message reaches a wide audience through various channels, including our website, Google ads, newsletters, and more.

Key Responsibilities:


Brand Collateral & Content Creation:

  • Write compelling captions for social media posts and campaigns
  • Develop and manage a content library system
  • Create engaging multimedia content for ARRCC across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more

Social Media Management:

  • Source, manage, and organize content based on brand pillars
  • Schedule and post monthly approved content plans provided by the Brand Manager
  • Handle community management, responding promptly to queries and comments
  • Implement content-boosting strategies

Digital Channel Management:

  • Maintain and update websites, ensuring alignment with SEO strategies
  • Post blog content and newsletters, managing the MailChimp platform
  • Execute Google Ads strategies provided by the Brand Manager

Internal Communication:

  • Compile quarterly social media and digital performance results for the internal magazine
  • Manage and coordinate LinkedIn content for Directors, based on provided strategies
  • Organize and brief staff on social media content for travel-related communications

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Social Media Administrator role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Knowledge of platforms such as Meltwater, Hootsuite, Iconosquare, and Power BI is an advantage
  • Passionate about media and marketing
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Proactive, organized, and self-disciplined
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Excellent research abilities and attention to detail
  • All employees are required to have an uncapped 20mbps (up/down) minimum Internet Connectivity line
