The Opportunity:

  • Work closely with businesses across New Zealand to address their challenges through new digital products.
  • Help a leading professional services firm diversify its offering and enable greater impact across the New Zealand SME business ecosystem.
  • The Product Manager will lead the product vision and plan product features to support small and medium business across Aotearoa.
  • Collaborate with designers, analysts and engineers working on KPMG products.

Day to day you will:

  • You will work with New Zealand SME customers and industries to deeply understand their challenges.
  • Manage an agile product roadmap supporting a scrum-based delivery team.
  • Plan and execute product-market-fit testing, capturing and synthesizing customer feedback
  • Develop Go-to-Market strategies to effectively address our target market.
  • Manage feature releases and client communications.
  • Actively leverage your business networks to generate opportunities.
  • Contribute towards the growth of our enterprise leadership team and other KPMG product experts.

What you’ll bring to our team:

  • Experience in agile environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting thorough market research and surface customer needs.
  • Track record of end-to-end product management, including roadmap development and release planning.
  • Experience in product ownership and maximizing product value
  • The ability to leverage them for strategic advantage.
  • Understanding of SME business models and the ability to tailor product strategies accordingly.
  • Familiarity with business performance metrics and practices
  • An understanding of the Microsoft tech stack and tools such as Azure DevOps, and Power BI.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
