Really just need a BA with lots of Process experience... working with Visio and creating work flows and that type of stuff.


Qualifications:
1. Requires five years of business analysis experience to include a minimum of three years as a business modeler.
2. Proficient with Visio, EclipseUML, or other modeling tools
3. Requires experience leading JAR (Joint Application Requirement) sessions consisting of business analysts and subject matter experts.
4. Requires experience and familiarity with a variety of business models, including logical domain modeling, business process modeling, activity diagramming, and interpreting data models.
5. Requires experience in working on large, complex software development projects.
6. Must have experience resolving complex problems in a team setting, including evaluation of options to determine optimal solution.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work effectively as part of a team. a. Strong written communication skills. b. Communicates proactively in a project environment with colleagues and management on a wide variety of project issues. c. Communicates effectively with various stakeholders and team members.

Responsibilities:
1. Draft business models and related documentation to capture the roles, entities, relationships, capabilities, and processes through collaboration with Business Analysts and interviews with Subject Matter Experts.
2. Lead working Joint Application Requirements (JAR) sessions to solicit business domain information and to review and refine draft business models.
3. Gain approval of business models and related documentation by JAR team members.
4. Partner with project manager to plan, manage and track key tasks and milestones related to the business modeling.
5. Provide status to program and project managers regarding requirements definition tasks.
6. Analysis tasks as assigned. •
