Business Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective operational strategies to optimize business performance
• Ensure all business procedures and systems operate smoothly and align with quality standards
• Monitor daily operations, identify potential issues, and take proactive measures to address them
• Establish production KPIs and conduct regular quality assessments
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement processes that meet business objectives and ensure compliance
• Analyze financial data and recommend solutions to improve profitability
• Coordinate with the HR department to align hiring plans with business needs
• Take into account the needs of internal and external stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Operations Manager or similar role
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
• Knowledge of strategic planning and business development
• Experience in the recruitment industry is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
