Squarespace's Help Experience team is looking for a Full Stack Senior Software Engineer to lead technical initiatives based in our Dublin office. You will work directly with Staff Engineers, Data Analysts, and the Customer Operations department to handle complex technical challenges, leveraging Squarespace's expanding Cloud-native footprint and cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI.
The Help Experience team's mission is to empower our customers' business growth through an integrated support platform. This platform combines personalized self-help guidance with one-on-one support, offering the essential tools and assistance our customers need to succeed, while enhancing operational efficiency. Our chatbot processes millions of messages per day and our help centre is visited by a million visitors daily.
As a Senior Engineer on Help Experience, you'll be working with Product and Design to build new applications, add new features to existing applications and maintain the health of our diverse tech stack. You'll be expected to lead months-long initiatives to help our >500 Customer Operations advisors and work closely with the Engineering Manager to drive technical improvements and develop the team's technical strategy.
You will report to the Engineering Team Manager of the Help Experience team who is based in our NYC office. This is a hybrid role working from our Dublin, Ireland office 3 days per week. This is a geographically dispersed team between NYC and Dublin.
