At NextStepHR, we’re revolutionizing the way SMEs hire talent. Our AI-driven HR-tech platform analyzes job titles, locations, and recruiting budgets to predict the best job portals and social media channels, making recruiting 3x faster and 60% cheaper.

Beyond smart job distribution, we optimize the entire hiring process by automating job postings, improving the candidate experience, and integrating directly into applicant tracking systems (ATS). Now, we’re looking for a passionate frontend developer to help create a seamless and intuitive user experience!

🎯 Your Role

As a Working Student or Intern in Frontend Development, you’ll play a crucial role in designing and optimizing the UI/UX of our AI-driven platform. You’ll work with Next.js and Tailwind CSS to build fast, responsive, and highly intuitive interfaces that make recruiting more efficient.

💻 What You’ll Do

  • Develop and improve the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of our platform.

  • Build responsive, high-performance web applications using Next.js (React) and Tailwind CSS.

  • Work closely with designers and backend developers to create a seamless experience.

  • Optimize frontend performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

  • Implement interactive components, animations, and micro-interactions.

  • Learn from experienced engineers and gain real-world startup experience.

✅ What You Bring

  • You’re currently studying Computer Science, UI/UX Design, or a related field.

  • Some experience with Next.js (React, TypeScript) and Tailwind CSS – even from personal projects!

  • Passion for beautiful, functional, and user-friendly interfaces.

  • Understanding of responsive design, CSS frameworks, and frontend performance optimization.

  • Basic knowledge of APIs, state management, and component-driven development is a plus.

  • Eagerness to learn, experiment, and take initiative in a startup environment.

✨ What We Offer

  • 💡 Hands-on experience in a fast-growing AI-driven startup.

  • 💰 Paid working student or internship position.

  • 🌍 Remote-friendly culture – work from anywhere!

  • 🚀 Opportunities to grow & learn from experienced frontend engineers.

  • 📈 Possibility of a full-time role after graduation.

  • 🏝️ Flexible working hours that fit your university schedule.
