community mental health organization that is rapidly expanding! We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time
Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) Director to join the team in Baltimore, MD! This position develops, administers, and supervises the daily operations of the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program. The occupant of this role holds the primary responsibility of ensuring that clients are receiving community-based comprehensive rehabilitation and recovery services and supports
Position : Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) Director
Location : In and around Baltimore, MD
Schedule : M-F, 8ish-5ish
Responsibilities:
- Experience in behavioral health assessments, treatment/discharge planning, and evaluation of outcome-based system measures
- Extensive knowledge of the public behavioral health system
- Professional communication and collaboration skills and relationships across disciplines, settings, and situations
- Responsiveness & initiative to facilitate system integration and expansion efforts
- Experience with independently taking new tasks and responsibilities in a proactive way
- Able to make productive contributions through talent, knowledge, skills, and good work habits
- Knowledgeable of how to access treatment and/or services
Requirements: - A licensed mental health professional or possess a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Health Services, or Mental Health (COMAR 10.21.20.10).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related or leadership role.
- Proven experience as Program Director or other managerial position.
- Experience in mental health and addictions or related field
- LCPC, LCSW, LCSW-C, or similar supervising licensure strongly preferred.
