As a Sales Activator / Customer Service Specialist at Puulse Marketing, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for engaging with potential new customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the appropriate products or services that Puulse Marketing offers.
Also, the selected candidate's goal is to create a welcoming and reassuring environment, building rapport and setting the tone for a lasting and positive relationship with clients! We are looking for a friendly, approachable, and composed slaes professional, preferably a lady to join our Welcome Call team.
This role is greatly focused on being warm and welcoming, patient, and helpful within our great team.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Be on video calls with the new customers to be in charge of integrating our software with their social media profiles and CRMs.
- Provide an overview of the product/service, highlighting key benefits and features to ensure a clear understanding.
- Create a warm and friendly atmosphere during these introductory calls, putting clients at ease, answering questions they may have, and showing them around their new product.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Actively follow up with potential customers to close sales and achieve sales targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and improve customer conversion rates
Requirements:
- Proficient computer skills AND A SMILE which are essential
- Consistent Patience and perseverance to accomplish the needed tasks with the customers
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Female is preferred on the role

Requirements
- CIM qualification / BSc in Marketing or equivalent
- Professional qualification in relevance to the Sales field
- Previous Experience in a relevant role will definitely be an advantage
