Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Management, Paralegal Studies, Political Science or other allied courses
Required language(s): English, Filipino
Proficient with Microsoft Office
At least 3 years of working experience in a law firm or legal or compliance department is required for this position.
Above average Written and Oral Communications skills
High attention to detail and pro-activeness
Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time sensitive documents and have exceptional organization skills in a fast-paced environment
Background in drafting contracts, affidavits, corporate legal documents
Knowledge in SEC Registration, BOI and PEZA compliances
Responsibilities:
Assist lawyers in preparing opinions, drafting responses, organizing documents for the courts, quasi-judicial bodies, and government agencies .
Prepare written reports on the status of the active cases of the company and its clients
Prepares and process legal documents and correspondences: contracts, MOA, affidavits, agreements, deed of assignments, SPAs, Secretary’s Certificates, Board Resolutions, Minutes of the Meetings, Articles of Incorporation & By-Laws, General Information Sheets, and other similar documents deemed necessary by the Company
Organizing and maintaining documents in a paper or electronic filing system
Conduct research on laws, regulations and legal articles relevant to the business of the office and its clients
Handle administrative tasks such as filing papers and maintaining and organizing reference files
Liaise with different Governmental Agencies such as DOH, SEC, PEZA, DOLE, NLRC, BOI, BIR, BOC, LGUs to secure legal documents, certifications and permits
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Work Arrangement: Hybrid set up in Makati City
Salary: Earn 25,000 and above
