Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future hiring needs.
- Design and execute effective hiring strategies for both white-collar and blue-collar positions, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Lead the recruitment process for blue-collar positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies and job boards to support hiring efforts.
- Create and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention, including conducting surveys and implementing action plans based on feedback.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration, working closely with finance and administration teams.
- Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing insights and recommendations on people-related matters.
- Perform hands-on operational work as needed, including assisting with HR administrative tasks and resolving employee relations issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in full employee lifecycle management and compliance with employment laws.
- Proven track record in white-collar and blue-collar recruitment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ability to collaborate with department heads and external partners.
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
