As a HRBP, you will have a high impact role on a growing team. You will own the execution of key processes, programs, and policies for your client groups to operate effectively and deliver a world-class employee experience. The best candidate for this role is a strong HR business partner that is agile, knowledgeable and can garner trust with stakeholders across the business.
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers in Technology as it relates to people strategy
Be a change agent and support your orgs through changes at the department and company levels
Plan and execute company-wide, cyclical HR programs and initiatives
Partner with leaders and stakeholders on programs and initiatives to drive efficiency in various areas, including but not limited to: workforce planning, org design, compensation, performance management, engagement, and employee relations.
Analyze trends and make data-driven decisions to develop people strategy and influence change.
Enable leaders to effectively lead their teams through direct, compassionate, and contextualized coaching
Provide HR programmatic support, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization
Proactively assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions
Ensure employee advocacy and fairness

5+ years of experience as an HRBP with a demonstrated track record of driving improvements
Excellent communication skills and ability to coach, influence, and partner with various levels of employees
Excellent judgment and a high level of accountability
Strong organization skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constantly evolving priorities.
Track record of executing people programs, policies, and process for scale in a high growth company
Excellent judgment and an ability to balance the needs of the company, managers and employees
Experience supporting technology teams
Pay:
Target pay ranges based on Geographic Zones* for Level P4:
Zone 1: San Francisco/Bay Area or New York City Metropolitan Area: $138,000 - $162,000**
Zone 2: Boston, DC, Irvine, LA, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, Seattle: $124,000 - $146,000**
Zone 3: All other US locations: $117 - $138,000**
