Who we’re looking for

We're looking for a Motion Designer to be an integral part of our motion team. This position will help develop motion design across multiple different clients across the business. You will have a mix of technical, creative & craft skillsets known for their input creatively as well as their animation output.

Main responsibilities

You'll partner closely with our branding teams to expand and build upon creative concepts and ideas, delivering the best possible creative solution in motion. You will need to be able to evolve and adjust your style to work across different brands.

You'll be a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills who is highly organized with ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities. Motion design and videography are fast-moving industries, so you will need the ability to keep up to date with the latest software updates, industry practices & design trends.

You'll maintain a positive and solution focused attitude. We consider ourselves as revolutionary creative problem solvers and this needs to be brought to the forefront of everything we do.

This role will be across both 2D and 3D motion design, with some video editing if required.

Your Experience and skills

• Previous experience in a similar role with superb art direction, animation and motion design experience.
• Expert Adobe Creative Suite experience - Illustrator, After-Effects, and Premiere Pro are essential.
• Proven track record of being able to deliver and identify superb animation and motion design.
• Attention to detail and reliable, with excellent time keeping and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong design and communication skills.

Ideal candidates will have

• Willingness to take direction and ability to embrace change!
• Illustration skills
• Ability to storyboard
• An understanding of sound design
• Cinema 4D would be a huge benefit 

Compensation

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $45,000 to $90,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, click WPP Benefits for more details.
