SOFTONE is looking for an experienced .NET Developer to join our talented team.

Your Role

Your main duties will include developing applications and coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential.

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Design, develop, and maintain the backend of our HRMS system using C#, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to improve system performance.
• Collaborate with the frontend developers to integrate the backend with the user interface.
• Work in an Agile development environment, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Utilize version control systems, such as Git, to manage codebase and collaborate with other team members.
• Follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles to ensure the reliability and stability of the system

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational database systems
• Strong Knowledge of .NET C#
• 2+ years' experience in developing Business Software
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Understanding of code versioning tools
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Excellent command of English language
• Ability to work as a team member

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git).
• Experience with ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework.
