<p><strong>Senior Data-Oriented Simulation Engineer</strong></p><p><strong>Assignment Description:<br></strong>We are looking for an experienced and data-oriented simulation engineer for an assignment with one of our clients. In this role, you will focus on re-simulating large datasets within a High-Performance Computing (HPC) environment and analyzing performance metrics. Your responsibilities will include Python development and creating test automation frameworks to enhance simulation capabilities.</p><p>You will work closely with a team of specialists and other development teams to optimize and further develop tools and processes.</p><p><strong>Example Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Create dashboards to visualize data and insights</li><li>Develop Python scripts for the toolchain, often through pair programming</li><li>Share expertise and support colleagues with complex tasks</li><li>Engage with users to optimize tool usage and resolve issues</li><li>Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies to ensure alignment and progress</li><li>Explore and implement innovations to enhance simulation tools</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Engineering Physics, Robotics, or a related field (Ph.D., M.Sc., B.Sc., or equivalent experience)</li><li>3–5 years of experience in software development</li><li>Proficiency in Python</li><li>Experience with server-based distributed Linux systems</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Background in the automotive industry</li></ul><p><strong>Practical Information:</strong></p><ul><li>Assignment Length: February 2024 - December 31, 2025</li><li>Seniority Level: 3–5 years of experience</li><li>Location: Hybrid</li></ul><p>Submit your application as soon as possible!
