Technical Lead

Experience:

Experience with ETQ Reliance platform and/or delivery of Total Quality Management.

Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) process, including requirement gathering, analysis/design, development tools/technologies, release/version control, contemporary testing methodologies and deployment management.

Experience integrating enterprise systems via REST APIs.

Documentation skills, specifically of key analysis deliverables (business/functional/design requirements, use cases)

 

Responsibilities:

Configure and support Quality Management Systems such as ETQ Reliance

Interact with customer to gather, define, develop, and support manufacturing applications and solutions

Maintain internal customer communication, assuring timely status updates and issue resolution

Produce technical documentation for new and existing applications

Assist in daily support and troubleshooting of IT systems and data interfaces

Perform other duties/projects as assigned

 

Skills:

Working knowledge of one or more object oriented programming languages Java, Python, VB.NET, etc.

Knowledge of relational databases and SQL is strongly recommended

Ability to work independently to design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and document quality system requirements

Ability to provide accurate estimates of the time and effort required to complete tasks
