MISSION

We are seeking a talented Experience Designer to join our team and support our Product Manager and Product Owner in the development of an innovative cost analysis tool tailored for the automotive industry. As an Experience Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting the user experience of this tool, ensuring it meets the needs of our clients and delivers intuitive and efficient functionality. The primary focus of this role will be on conceptualizing, designing, and describing the user experience of the cost analysis tool to optimize usability and drive user engagement.

TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES

·       Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Product Owner to understand project requirements, user needs, and business objectives.

·       Lead the conceptualization and design of the user experience for the cost analysis tool, translating complex data and functionalities into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

·       Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions.

·       Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.

·       Develop detailed descriptions and documentation of the user experience, including user flows, interaction patterns, and interface specifications, to guide development and ensure design consistency.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and quality assurance testers, to ensure the successful implementation of the user experience design.

·       Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in user experience design and apply them to enhance the design of the cost analysis tool.

PROFILE REQUIRED

Professional Background

•         Minimum a Masters’s degree Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.

•         Proven experience in user experience design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and designs.

•         Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.

Skills & Abilities

•         Good English communication skills, able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

•         Programing experience is beneficial.

•         Experience conducting user research and usability testing, with a solid understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods.

•         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and user-friendly designs.

•         Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams.

•         Detail-oriented with a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences.

•         Experience in the automotive industry or familiarity with cost analysis tools is a plus.
