You’ll handle various administrative tasks using ERP tools, coordinate production orders, and communicate with customers and stakeholders to manage delivery schedules. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management within a global organization committed to sustainability.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage administrative tasks in ERP systems.</li><li>Create and track sales orders, production processes, and logistics schedules.</li><li>Assist Project Managers in daily project activities, including updating invoice plans, preparing credit notes, and issuing invoices.</li><li>Communicate delivery schedules and related updates with customers and stakeholders.</li><li>Support change management by creating and following up on change orders.</li></ul><p><strong>Your Skills and Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> B.Sc. or M.Sc. student (3+ years) in Engineering or Business.</li><li><strong>Technical Knowledge:</strong> Ability to learn technical aspects of Evac’s products and solutions.</li><li><strong>Project Understanding:</strong> Basic knowledge of delivery project business and ERP systems.</li><li><strong>Customer Focus:</strong> Strong service-oriented attitude for internal and external customers.</li><li><strong>Communication Skills:</strong> Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus).</li><li><strong>Interpersonal Skills:</strong> Strong communication and collaboration abilities.</li><li><strong>Global Mindset:</strong> Comfortable working in an international environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join Evac?</strong><br>At Evac, you’ll be part of a global team driving innovation and sustainability.
