The Skills You Bring
- Hands-on experience building and deploying applications using a variety of Amazon Web Services (primarily Cloud Formation, serverless, compute, EKS and database services)
- Full-stack development experience across distributed applications and services
- Proficient in Python, Java or C# (Python preferred)
- Ability to apply design patterns and object-orientation to solutions
- Proficient in Unix shell and PowerShell scripting
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs or GraphQL
- Experience performing the Software Development Lifecycle in an agile environment
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines (proficiency with Jenkins preferred)
- Good working knowledge of JIRA/Confluence and Datadog is a plus
- Experience with machine learning and AI models is a plus
- Experience with Oracle RDBMS is a plus
The Expertise and Skills You Have
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a technology related field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Certifications preferred: AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Developer, or AWS SysOps Administrator
