2+ years of experience with projects using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

Experience with implementing Agile techniques in a software delivery environment

Experience with setting up sprints, running reports, and creating queries

Organizes and facilitates ceremonies, identifies improvement opportunities to optimize velocity and quality while mitigating risk.

Partners with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog items are prioritized based on business value and ready for the team

Ability to support a technical delivery lead in decomposition sessions to determine next steps for feature development

Knowledge in Version One or related tools
