Responsibilities
- Design and analyze structures for various projects, including commercial, industrial, and residential buildings
- Use structural engineering software to perform calculations and simulations for structural design
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure successful project completion
- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications for clients and regulatory authorities
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess structural integrity and compliance with building codes
- Stay updated with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering
- Proficiency in structural engineering software, such as ETABS, SAP2000, or STAAD.Pro
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
