Job Overview

As a Sales Representative and Customer Service for an E-Commerce,wholesales company, the core role will be handling customer inquiries and order management.

The position is responsible for supporting the sales team and updating data records.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, ordering, complaints, and inquiries.
• Inventory/ SKU control and management.
• Support the sales team.
• Analyze and keep all the customer records.
• Perform any ad hoc office task.

Requirements

• The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in any courses.
• The candidate must have at least 3 – 5 years of experience in Sales. Preferably from the E-Commerce/ wholesales Industry.
• The candidate must be proficient in MS Excel.
• The candidate must have good organization, planning, customer service, and communication skills.
• The candidate must be keen on details.
