Job Description
We're looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager with expertise in Agile methodologies to lead and deliver projects from start to finish. If you have a strong track record in technical project management and a deep understanding of software development, join our team to drive successful outcomes. You will be responsible for below responsibilities in the position,
- End-to-End Project Ownership: Oversee all project phases—design, planning, execution, and implementation—to ensure successful delivery.
- Project Leadership: Create and execute project plans, manage resources, and ensure timelines, scope, and budget are met.
- Agile Methodology: Implement and manage Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban, facilitating key Agile ceremonies to boost team productivity.
- Team Building & Retention: Lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and strategies for talent retention and growth.
- Stakeholder Communication: Engage with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align project goals, manage expectations, and provide regular updates.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations, implementing continuous improvement practices.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation and CXO-level dashboards for clear project status updates.
Requirements
- 5+ years in technical project management, with a strong focus on Agile methodologies and a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent qualifications.
- Deep understanding of software development, system architecture, and relevant technology stacks.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, motivate members, and drive project success with full ownership.
- Strong verbal and written skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including CXO executives.
- Proficiency in creating and managing CXO-level dashboards, presenting complex data clearly to senior leadership.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
- Preferred certifications include PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or similar.
