Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Develop and implement strategies to drive online traffic to the company website. Oversee the development of e-commerce platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly and optimized for conversions. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
Operations Management:
Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platforms, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service. Collaborate with departments such as marketing, IT, and logistics to ensure smooth operations. Monitor website performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience and increase sales.
Marketing and Promotion:
Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to promote products and increase sales. Utilize digital marketing channels such as email, social media, and PPC advertising to drive traffic and conversions. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Analytics and Reporting:
