Location: Warsaw, Lisbon, Madrid or Barcelona
We are looking for a Finance Systems Manager who will support us with our systems and processes in FREENOW’s Finance department.
YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
- Maintaining and updating Master Data in the Finance ERP system (Business Central)
- Supporting and developing for our accountants solutions to translate accounting requirements into the best possible solution in Business Central
- Setting up CSV Ports (interfaces)
- Supporting roll-out projects to new subsidiaries
- Documenting and improving our entire accounting processes and systems landscape including further applications and interfaces
- Supporting the audit and monthly group reporting from a system point of view as well as the dunning team
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
- You have successfully completed a degree in information technology or business administration/accounting, a combination of both is advantageous
- You have at least 2 years of experience working with Business Central in finance and IT, ideally in an international tech-company
- You have a profound knowledge of accounting
- You have an analytical mindset, good problem solving skills and are able to manage several tasks at the same time
- You have a proven track record in successful IT-related project management
- You are able to manage multiple stakeholders and lead stand up meetings, good communication skills
- Development and debugging knowledge will be considered as an advantage
