Who are we looking for?
A Data Modeler to design a data mart for one of our Insurance client. The individual should be experienced in Insurance / CRM domain, modeling tools and techniques
Experience in Data life cycle and Test data management
Ability to convert client's requirements to design document and prepare architecture documents
Knowledge in Test data management tools, Client Voltage or equivalent
Excellent knowledge and experience in SQL server and architectures
Experience in heterogeneous database migrations and maintenance
Good knowledge about cloud and salesforce
Experience in Insurance domain
Good understanding of testing terminologies and methods
Excellent communication and positive attitude towards dynamic work environments
Experience with onsite / offshore project model and Agile methodologies
Technical Skills:
Good Knowledge on Insurance Client & CRM system
Master in Modeling tools like Erwin, Oracle Data Model, etc…
Knowledge of Oracle Database.
Process Skills:
Capable of understanding the requirements, system and develop logical and physical model
Prepare Source to Target document for the developed model
Have good experience in creating S2T, SEL documents
Behavioral Skills:
Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs
Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
Qualification:
Resource who has at least 6+ years of work experience in Data modeling.
Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
