We are growing quickly and some approaches need to be defined, some need to be redefined. For example what people structures and ways of working would work best for us to do great engineering. How can we build a great public and private cloud experience? What technologies should we use and how? There's a lot of space to show your talents, grow as a specialist and grow into future roles as well.
