About the Role:
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for growing the business’ clientele in the region including planning, ensuring implementation of plans to achieve revenue, growth and customer satisfaction. As an ideal candidate, you should have understanding of the mobile marketing space and familiarity with the regional market.

What will you do:
- Achieve Q-o-Q sales quotas.
- Build a pipeline for the current quarter + next quarter.
- Build and manage relationships with prospects & customers.
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
- Work with partners and scale through them.
- Manage the Salesforce data on a daily basis with meeting notes, sales funnel updation, etc.
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ satisfaction.

What are we looking for?
Must Have:
- 5+ years of outstanding results in a SaaS sales-related role in delivering new customer growth.
- Conceptual understanding of APIs, Webhooks, SDKs, Cloud, and SaaS technologies preferred
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg.Salesforce) is a plus
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Business Acumen
- Language proficiency required: Tagalog and English

Good to Have:
- Good understanding of the MarTech domain is preferred
- Number driven approach towards accounts, targets, regional planning and retention rates is helpful
- Knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus

Measures of Success:
- Revenue Achievement (Booking, ARR)
- Revenue retention (NRR)
- Sustainable revenue growth (CAC: LTV)

- Functional: Mobile marketing expertise, MarTech understanding, Result oriented
- Behavioural: Problem Solving, Consultative selling, Communication and presentation skills, Negotiation Skills
