- Independent support of our customers in the field service
- Intensive maintenance of customer relationships and expansion of customer networks
- Proactive acquisition of new business and new customers
- Clarification of the technical customer requirements and advice to the customers as well as checking the feasibility with the internal departments
- Control and monitoring of complete business transactions from inquiry to delivery
- Price and offer negotiations within defined conditions
- Carrying out market observations and competition analyses
- Representation of the company and our products at trade fairs in Germany and abroad
- Traveling in Germany and abroad
Your profile
- Completed studies in the field of physics, engineering or industrial engineering or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in sales
- Knowledge of fiber optics desirable
- Goal-oriented action, analytical thinking, high level of communication skills, flexibility and resilience
- Very good negotiating skills and confident demeanor when dealing with customers
- Solid IT and MS Office skills, ideally initial user knowledge of SAP
- Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is desirable
- Willingness to travel on business in Germany and abroad
