Duties:
- To ensure maintenance of adequate systems and controls for compliance with ICSP Act and AML Act and any Code, directions, directive or condition issued by the Authority (respective laws)
- To ensure proper implementation of internal policies and procedures and systems of control and adherence to it by staff
- To asses staff compliance with internal procedures and record staff risk-ratings
- To conduct ongoing monitoring of staff, clients, specified entities and regular internal audit for the purpose of ensuring compliance with rspective laws
- To identify entities which are non-compliant with the requirement of the IBC Act, Foundations Act, Trusts Act and report them to Compliance Officer
- To deal with various governmental bodies such as FSA, Supreme Court, Taxation Division in connection to records provisions and compliance with respective laws
- To maintain a proper system of records keeping in line with internal policies and procedures and respective laws
Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3 years satisfactory work experience in compliance
- Strong knowledge of Seychelles AML legislation, and other laws related to financial sector
- Ability to analyse and structure records/data and present reports to the supervisor
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team work
Education:
- ICA Certificate or other compliance courses
Languages: Excellent English skills - writing, speaking
