With Quinyx's strong growth, you will also be a central part of the continued development of Quinyx's global financial processes and routines. You will manage different finance related development projects and processes to improve our way of working.<br></p><p>The Finance team is mainly concentrated to Stockholm, although we work across all of our geos. We are working on a hybrid model where you can decide on where you prefer to work, but we make sure to meet our colleagues in our office at least twice per week.<br><br>We are a social bunch of people who likes to hang out and typically you will see most of your 10 Stockholm Finance collogues in the office. Our main gathering event will be the team breakfast on Friday mornings, even though none of us would say no to a spontaneous fika any day of the week. <br>Your colleagues will be masters in the fields of accounting, revenue controlling and business controlling. You will also work close with other teams in Quinyx, such as HR, Implementation, Sales, Marketing and Product Development and guide them in their interpretation of financial numbers.</p><p></p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Proactively develop, implement and improve Quinyx's financial processes, routines and working methods together with the CFO, Head of Accounting and Business Controller to enable the company's strong growth and international expansion. In particular, actively improve the use and implementation of our financial systems including accounting and FP&A.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Preparation of fast and fair period and annual accounts including running reports on accounts receivables and the period’s revenue recognition.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Analysis and presentation of P&L, cash flow and balance sheet items on a monthly basis. Reporting is done both internally and externally towards the management team, the board and our owners.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Monthly reporting to and follow-up of actuals with the company’s budget owners.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Supporting our Business Controller with forecasting and budgeting processes. </p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Supporting our Business Controller with cash reporting and improving our cash forecasting. </p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Support and work alongside our Head of Accounting and the Accounting team in the preparation of annual reports and declarations.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Working alongside our Head of Accounting on external audits.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Ensuring the compliance with local GAAP (K3 for Sweden and the Group) and tax norms.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Controlling the financing of the business including reporting of covenants to our lenders.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Ad hoc analyses and reports.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What you’ll bring to the team</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Extensive experience in accounting roles.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Effective problem solving skills.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Excellent communications skills.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Great if the person has experience working for SaaS or other technology company, but it’s not a requirement.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Fluent English and Swedish are required.</p></li></ul><p><strong>What is it for you?</strong></p><p>We promote and encourage a healthy lifestyle with flexible work hours and latest tools, enhanced vacation allowance, gym membership contribution, and last but not least, you will have the chance to participate in our well-known yearly ugly Xmas sweater competition!</p><p><strong>Life at Quinyx</strong></p><p>We are an innovative, agile and continuously growing modern tech company.
