Apt Resources is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager for Interior Design and Interior Fit-Out to join our client's team to drive our client's business growth in the interior sector within the UAE and the wider GCC Region. As the Sales Manager, you will have a demonstrated history of sales excellence and will be instrumental in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and securing significant design projects.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Sales Opportunities:
- Identify and create sales opportunities to achieve the company’s growth objectives and sales targets.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, promptly addressing all inquiries and requests.
Market Penetration:
- Expand market presence in the interior design sector within the UAE and the broader GCC region.
- Leverage contacts, networking, and associations to generate new business opportunities.
Project Acquisition:
- Identify and secure significant design and fit-out projects.
- Develop a deep understanding of key accounts.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to tenders.
Client Liaison:
- Collaborate closely with design and execution teams to ensure client needs are fully met.
- Negotiate agreements in coordination with other departments and senior management.
Key Account Management:
- Foster and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients and partners.
- Serve as the key account manager for major clients, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
Requirements
Experience:
- A minimum of 4 to 6 years of sales experience in the UAE, ideally within the interior design and fit-out sectors, covering commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality projects.
- Demonstrated success in networking within the retail, hospitality, residential, commercial, and interior design/architecture communities in Dubai or other regions of the UAE.
Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to cultivate and sustain relationships with clients and partners.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Valid UAE driving license.
Benefits
The salary is up to AED 15,000 to AED 20, 000 per month plus sales commission.
