Job Description
The Registered Nurse, utilizing theoretical concepts as a basis for decisions in practice will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care in accordance with standards of nursing practice for adult/geriatric patients. Candidate will float to other MS units.

2 years’ experience, BLS, Nursing Licensure, BSN preferred

Goal is 24 patients per day
Types of diagnoses and patients cared for in unit
Sepsis, COPD, HF, uncontrolled diabetes, orthopedic surgeries, wound infections
Description of interview process
The interview process is dependent on how many departments the applicant has applied for. All managers would be invited to participate in where the applicant has applied; this allows more efficiency than delaying offering a position with multiple interviews. If only one department is involved than for my department, we will perform a peer interview and make a selection in the manner.
