- 5+ years related overall strong knowledge in the following areas: SAP workflow analysis, design, development, and implementation in various modules of SAP including F.I., MM, SD, H.R.SAP workflow & ABAP development, enhancement, support, upgrades, and other SAP-related activities.
- Hands-on Experience in SAP Flexible Workflows in SAP S/4HANA would be beneficial.
- Monitoring the workflow systems regularly for performance issues and implement corrective action when necessary.
- Design, implementation, and administration of comprehensive workflows that meet business requirements
- Demonstrate the proven ability to configure SAP workflows with any level of complexity
- Code, troubleshoot, and maintain workflow relevant ABAP programs.
- Experience with BRF, BRFplus, and handling complex requirements with custom events, expressions, process levels, and process schema. Technical exposure to the process-controlled workflow.
- Responsible for the workflow system's overall health - i.e., that workflows and supporting batch jobs operate with optimal efficiency.
- Responsible for the scheduling and execution of standard workflow batch jobs.
- Responsibility for Universal Worklist inbox administration and configuration.
- Responsibility for Email Notification of Extended Emails configuration and scheduling.
- Responsible for the shape of the workflow environment (i.e., non-process-specific settings for workflows such as the workflow RFC destination and workflow Event Queue).
- Proactive correction of misdirected and orphaned workflows.
- Dynamic resolution of workflows in error.
- Reactive response to reported workflow issues where Help Desk has been unable to resolve issues.
- Responsibility for producing and monitoring agreed process metrics, such as SLAs.
Project Duties and Responsibilities : - Support project development needs, particularly within workstreams of Matters Management and Finance, relative to Professional Services Implementation of SAP S4/HANA. (This scope aligns with core SAP functionality in S.D., P.S., FICO, and H.R.).
- Participate with customer business and functional team in design workshops/requirements gathering.
- Understand and interpret requirements by probing for information, facilitating consensus building, and synthesizing and translating ideas into actionable technical solutions and intellectual properties.
- Provide input (as needed) in consideration of build vs. third-party integration approaches.
- Perform solution development for respective Workflow objects.
- Manage and contribute to the preparation of respective Phase documentation, including Functional/Technical analysis and Specifications, thru the support of Testing and Deployment of related development objects.
- Actively manage/maintain Action Items, Key Decisions, Issues, and Risks.
- Provide Knowledge Transfer to the customer and core team (as appropriate/required) throughout the project.
- Report to Project Manager and Team Lead, including responding promptly to all projects and administrative requests.
- Work with the respective offshore team members for the coordination of tasks.
