Product Manager - Consumer

The International team at Coinbase plays a critical role in Coinbase’s mission by providing access to crypto to millions of users across the globe. As a Product Manager in the International team, your role will involve improving the retail payment flows across markets thereby ensuring a smooth on and off ramp experience for our users.

The key responsibilities will include:

• Improve the payments experience for international users, thereby ensuring a seamless access to crypto assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Design, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing to prioritise and deliver product enhancements.
• Define and track key metrics to measure the success of payment optimisation initiatives.
• Stay updated on market trends, user feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
• Work closely with international teams and stakeholders to align on goals and priorities.

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements): 

• 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2C products
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse metrics and make data-informed decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise competing demands.
• Adaptability and cultural sensitivity to work with diverse international markets.

Nice to haves:

• Past experience around payment flows and optimisations
• Passion/domain knowledge for crypto, fintech including experience working on crypto products
• Experience/expertise in AB testing
