Position Responsibilities Overview:

Construct, modify, and repair tooling, dies, jigs, and fixtures for punch press and press brakes.
Apply expertise in the utilization of mills, both dry and wet grinders, lathe, and drill press.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure tooling and dies are maintained and ready for use.
Interpret blueprints, sketches, models, or specifications to plan sequences of operations for fabricating tools, dies, or assemblies.
Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances of finished parts for conformance to specifications.
Maintain the workspace, ensuring tools and equipment are stored properly and the area is safe and organized.
Stay updated with the latest tooling technologies and best practices to enhance production efficiency.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Tool & Die Maker, preferably in the metal fabrication industry.
Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on skills with mills, grinders (both dry and wet), lathe, and drill press.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail, precision, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Commitment to adhering to safety guidelines and company standards.
