The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Manager to join our team in Antwerp, Belgium. This is an office-based position.
There are three main elements to the role, and you’ll need to be excited about them all to get the most from this opportunity.
People & Culture:
We want to build a thriving culture for our office team and those of us who work remotely. Working with your counterpart in New York and the people and culture team, you’ll be deeply involved in organizing regional and global events, coordinating schedules and travel arrangements, and bringing some magic. We are looking for someone with a passion for people, a keen eye for detail, and a knack for creating memorable and meaningful experiences. Your efforts will help us cultivate a supportive and dynamic work environment where everyone can thrive.
Finance & Operations:
You’ll be a key support to the team handling accounts receivable, from client vendor platform onboarding to PO requests and cash collection. You will also manage accounts payable, from processing expenses to payment and communication with our accountants in Belgium and the US.
You’ll also be in charge of our internal tool stack with support from our COO. This means keeping track of the different IT tools we’re using and being the first point of contact for our consultants if they have any questions.
Office Management:
We have a beautiful space in Antwerp, and you will be responsible for keeping it in tip-top shape. You will coordinate maintenance of the space, order supplies, and liaise with suppliers. There will be general duties like opening the mail and going to the post office as well as project-specific tasks— printing, managing merchandise, and co-ordinating workshops.
